Domestic deliveries (Germany):
For deliveries within Germany, the shipping costs are a flat rate of:
EUR 5.90 (including 19% statutory VAT).
Deliveries within the European Union (EU) – outside Germany:
Our shipping costs for deliveries to EU countries (except Germany) include the applicable statutory VAT of the recipient country. In accordance with EU regulations (One Stop Shop - OSS procedure), we charge the VAT of the country to which your order is shipped. Therefore, the gross prices vary depending on the destination country.
The exact shipping costs for your order will be displayed to you in the shopping cart and at the checkout based on your delivery address and the order value.

Shipping Costs outside the European Union (Non-EU):
All prices are inclusive of German VAT, regardless of the delivery country. We do not offer tax-free export delivery.
The listed shipping costs apply only to the transport of the goods.
Please note: For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, and other charges may apply, which are levied by the respective destination country. These costs are not included in our shipping charges and must be paid directly by the recipient either upon acceptance of the shipment or in advance. Please check with your local customs office about the applicable costs before placing your order.

The shipping costs listed above are flat-rate per order, regardless of the order value or the number of items.
All listed costs include only transport charges and do not include any potential customs duties, import taxes, or fees from the destination country. These additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Delivery Times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery within Germany takes 3-5 days, and international deliveries take 5-7 days after the conclusion of the contract (for prepayment orders, after receipt of your payment).
Please note that deliveries do not take place on Sundays or public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment, unless otherwise agreed with you. The delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time you ordered.
For in-store pickup, we will notify you by email once the goods are available for pickup. No shipping costs will be charged in this case.
